Hi Eagle Fans! I'm excited to begin my 4th year as the principal of Mildred Elementary and my 27th year in education. Previously, I have been a classroom teacher in grades Kindergarten -2nd for 20 years and an Elementary Assistant Principal for three years. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Education Degree both from UT Tyler. I have been married to Shannon Dyer for 26 fantastic years, and we have two awesome boys. Mason is a 2019 graduate of CHS, and Clayton is a senior at MHS.

I'm looking forward to our 23-24 adventure in Mildred ISD. Let's show our Eagle Excellence!
